You can't add a distribution group email as a collaborator in Rise 360. You can only add people who have an active Articulate 360 Teams subscription.
Note that they need to occupy a user seat before you can bring them on as collaborators.
We made a how to review lesson in Rise that we add at the top of all Rise courses during review. I noticed that someone added "Everyone" to it. No idea how it was created. But it apparently does exist. Anyone know how it's done?
