Rise 360 - how do I copy from "staging" course to live course while keeping same URL?

We have some Rise 360 courses published on rise.articulate.com. The "raw course" of what we've published is kept in a "LIVE COURSES" folder. When we publish a course, we make a copy of it and store it in a "working copies" folder, so that if we want to make changes, we can do so to a "working copy" of the course rather than the "raw version" of the actual live course...in case we decide to ditch the changes.

But, let's say we make a bunch of changes to the "working copy" of the course, and want to make those changes live. Is there a way to copy the changes to the "live" version of the course, re-publish that, and keep the same URL?

    Happy to help with this!

The best way to apply updates and changes from one Rise course to another, is with the use of Block Templates.

However, it would be helpful to know how you are distributing these courses to your learners. Are you sharing a Preview Link? We typically advise against that, as shared deliverables do not track learners' progress and activity data. A Preview link is meant for reviewing in-progress work.

One of the ways to maintain consistent URLs, while staying in the Articulate 360 environment, is by using Reach 360. All Articulate 360 Teams subscribers have access to the Reach platform.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
