Rise 360 - Quizzes not behaving on Safari
Hello all! Hope your Thursday has treated you well.
We just launched a company-wide training (yay!), and one user (our CTO... uh oh!) has let us know that he cannot complete the course. In his Safari browser, he is experiencing strange behavior in a quiz module.
He is unable to select an answer. In his words: "It offered 4 choices, but where I click, and what goes selected was off/random. It felt like no control on the answer…"
I'm hoping this is as simple as a cache refresh, but haven't heard back yet.
Has anyone had issues with quiz / course behavior like this in Safari? Is so, what is the best resolution?

Hi COLORADOLEARNS I haven't seen any other issues reported with Safari. Is that Safari on a desktop computer or iPad/iPhone? My guess would be that this issue will clear itself after the content has been relaunched. Clearing the cache would be a good idea. It may have just been an initial loading issue, and one that will not be replicated.

Glad to hear you haven't seen that problem on Safari. This was for his laptop.
