Hello Karl,

I think the approach you describe will work for our team. I'm not familiar with using Word docs to store master course content -- Can you share more info about this?

Hi,

When making changes to a course we do the following:

  • Make a PDF of the course.
  • Convert the PDF to a Word document.
  • Make all content changes to the Word document and have those changes approved.
  • Update the Rise course using the Word document.
