Rise 360 | How to Hide correct/incorrect ticks from Quiz

Is there a way to display a feedback box with only text without correct/incorrect ticks.

I am providing more than 2 attempts for the Quiz assessment, and if these correct/incorrect tick should get visible after 1st attempt to user the there is no use to provide the second attempt to user, because he/she saw and know all the answers while attempting the quiz second time.

Please find the attached image marked in red color border patch which we wanted to hide.

It would be helpful if you update me on this a bit asap.

Thank you looking forward to here from you.

    Hi,

It is not possible to hide the correct/incorrect icons in a Quiz.

  • Hi @Staff Community - I am hoping since the above article, some movement has happened in design - We are using the Rise 360 template quiz for the end of course assessment - Learners get 3 attempts and require 100% pass mark. Issue I am having is the correct and incorrect is being displayed in the first attempt - this allows the learner to screenshot answer icons and in the next attempt select the correct response -🤪

Is there a way in Rise we could hide this from the learner and only provide the rich text feedback by choice, or in the final 3rd attempt, like you can do in Storyline 360. We set it up so the feedback only displays when the learner is in the final attempt.

Currently we develop assessments in Storyline 360 and add them as a block to the Rise course. This defeats the rapid build approach and renders the Rise quiz useless with learners being able to cheat.

      Hi LeeMiller-a8bf2

Thanks for reaching out! I understand you are creating a quiz for the end of your Rise course and want to prevent your learners from cheating.

At this time, you have three ways to modify how answers are revealed in Quizzes:

      • Reveal All Answers
        • You can give learners immediate feedback and reinforce what they learned by showing the correct answer for each question after they submit their responses.
      • Hide All Answers
        • Learners won't see correct answers after submitting questions, nor will they see feedback statements that you added.
      • Show Incorrect Answers with Feedback
        • Learners see their incorrect answers and question feedback without revealing any correct answers.

In Rise 360, you can add feedback to quiz questions, but it doesn't specifically allow feedback to be shown only on the final attempt. You can provide feedback for any response or differentiate between correct and incorrect responses. I have shared your insight with our product team. We'll be sure to share any news or updates in this thread in the future so everyone is in the loop!
