Rise 360 + Vimeo

Thanks for sticking with this conversation. We know this issue with embedded Vimeo content has been frustrating, and we appreciate you continuing to share what you’re seeing.
The good news: the provider has resolved the issue.
Most videos should now load normally without you needing to do anything.
If a video still doesn’t appear:
- Clear your browser cache.
- Reload the course.
That should restore normal viewing.
If you’re still running into trouble, let us know what you’re seeing. We’re here and want to make sure everything is working as it should.

We've opened a case on your behalf to connect with our Support Engineers since what you're running into is different than the incident reported in this thread. LaurenDuvall The same problem has happened again. Yesterday I was browsing existing courses on Rise and the videos embedded by Vimeo are no longer showing up. The suggested option of embedding with code also doesn't work. I await a prompt response.
