Rise 360: AI Assistant Quiz/Questions
Hi all,
Is it possible to generate more than one question at a time with the AI Assistant in the following areas:
- Lesson - e.g. I want 5 questions one after the other.
- Quiz - e.g. I want a quiz of 20 questions generated from all the lesson content.
- Question Bank - e.g. if I want to generate a question bank of 100 questions.
I was sure there was a way to, for example, ask the assistant to generate X number of questions of varying difficulty and question type without having to do it one by one.
I've been looking through all generate question functionality from creating a course starting with AI, to adding knowledge checks or a quiz to an existing Rise course, and into the question banks themselves - both creating a new question bank and editing an existing one.
So far, I cannot see any approach with the AI assistant to add more than one question at a time whether via AI blocks (inc. knowledge check) within an existing course; creating a quiz for an existing course; creating a new course from AI where a PDF was provided; and to editing/creating a question bank.
Currently, I have to add one question with AI Assistant, add it tot he lesson or quiz, then do the process again for each question thereafter.

You can generate an entire quiz, but it is from the main menu instead of once inside of a quiz. From the course menu page, click on AI Assistant. The first option is to generate a quiz. Once you select that you can choose to customize it by telling it how many questions you would like it to generate, though I have found that to be hit or miss, depending on how much content is in the course.

Presumably, once the quiz is generated I would then have to go through the questions and add them one by one to the question bank? - there's no bulk way to do this?

That's correct. Once you've created a question in a Quiz or Knowledge Check, you can click the ellipsis (…) next to that one question and select "Add to Question Bank". However, that action only applies to one question at a time. If you want to move multiple questions, you'd need to click each individually.
I understand the process may feel laborious, and having a feature to move the questions in bulk would improve your workflow. I've shared this feedback with our product team. We'll be sure to notify you if we release a feature enhancement that helps!
