Rise 360 and Android
Do Rise 360 products work on Android apps? I am not an android users but have a client that has been unable to open it on their android app, they get an error message of "the file is not supported"

Yes, Rise 360 courses do work on Android devices.
When does this message appear: "the file is not supported"?
When the course if first opened? When opening an attached file?
How is the course being shared by the client with their students? Within a LMS? Using the SHARE link?
