Rise 360: Full Screen function on video not working on LMS (Cornerstone)
I have embedded an MP4 video on a piece of eLearning that has been developed on Rise 360. The 'Full Screen' functionality works well on Rise but does not display when the learning is published onto the LMS (Cornerstone). There is no visible setting on Rise that pertains to this, that can be adjusted.
What could be causing this problem?

has this been resolved? It does not work in Sumtotal when published in SCORM 2004 3ed and Sumtotal does not support 4th ed.... any codes we can add in Rise that can help with this?

Hi,
We publish to SCORM 1.2 and the full screen video option works in our LMS.

SumTotal does support 4th edition. We are able to use it and it does resolve the full screen issue, but then SumTotal causes Previous and Next buttons to appear at the top of the browser window and clicking them causes the course to exit.

I have tried many ways, but in the end I still cannot solve the problem: The full screen button does not work when uploading the course to the LMS system (Opening the course on the computer still works normally). Looking forward to an answer or an update from the manufacturer!

I'm using Docebo, Scorm 2004, 3rd edition and the full screen option doesn't work in the player window. Setting the scorm package to open in a new window/tab does solve the problem, but it would be good to see a fix for inline player.

Hello - We are having the same issue in both Litmos and Docebo. Published to Scorm 1.2.

Hi, we use Docebo and I’m experiencing the same issue. According to support, it needs to be fixed in the SCORM file, not on the Docebo site.
Hi KatjaKlein!
Sorry to hear you've run into this setback when uploading a Rise 360 course to Docebo LMS!
I've seen users correct this type of behavior by configuring settings within the LMS environment. The link Karl shared provides a work around you may want to explore. I understand the user in that discussion is using Cornerstone, however it's possible the steps may still apply to other 3rd party LMSs.
Let me know how it goes!
