Rise 360 Image Upload Does Not Work

Hello, 

I am trying to upload a .jpg image into a training our team is developing, but every time I try to upload the image, I receive an error message. There is no explanation why the upload did not work. Any guidance to allow me to upload these images would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello varunsrir,

    Thanks for reaching out. Image uploads in Rise 360 should work with supported image files like JPG, so that behavior does not sound expected.

    Could you share a bit more detail about the error you’re seeing? If possible, a screenshot of the message would be really helpful as well.

    A few other details that may help narrow this down:

    • Which browser and browser version you’re using
    • Whether the issue happens with all images or just this specific file
    • Whether the upload works in another supported browser or a private/incognito window

     

    That will help us better understand what’s happening and point you in the right direction for troubleshooting.
