Thanks for reaching out. Image uploads in Rise 360 should work with supported image files like JPG, so that behavior does not sound expected.
Could you share a bit more detail about the error you’re seeing? If possible, a screenshot of the message would be really helpful as well.
A few other details that may help narrow this down:
- Which browser and browser version you’re using
- Whether the issue happens with all images or just this specific file
- Whether the upload works in another supported browser or a private/incognito window
