Can you be more specific about what is not working when you try to edit blocks?

    Screenshots would also be useful.

Sorry for not being very specific. I am not able to delete or duplicate a content block in Rise 360. Can edit content within a block and can add a new block. Hope this helps. Thanks. Vijendra

What happens when you click on the block copy and block delete buttons?

        Which browser are you using?

  • Hi Vijendra! We've seen a few other people in the community mention this problem, and updating your web browser to the latest version seems to resolve the issue.

Please update your Chrome and Firefox browsers to the latest versions, and let us know if that allows you to delete and duplicate blocks in Rise 360!
