Rise 360 Labs AI Avatars
Last week I generated an AI avatar video for a course in a custom block. This morning, when I went in to adjust the closed captioning and saved my changes, Rise deleted my video and it is no longer available. Understanding that Lab options are evolving, does this mean that if one is used, it gets removed if Articulate no longer makes it available?
Does some type of announcement in the Lab thread identify which options are being removed and/or what is their estimated time in the Lab?
It seems that once an item is created and saved, it would remain in the course, but could not be edited if the lab item is removed.
Any input would be helpful to further understand.

Hey LisaAnderson-57,
Sorry to hear that you've run into this setback while updating AI Avatars in Rise.
We haven't removed any AI Avatar characters or functionality that would influence this behavior. Also, Rise should never delete any content unprompted. I've opened a support case on your behalf so our support engineers can work with you directly on this issue.
You're in excellent hands troubleshooting with them, and they should be connecting with you soon. We can continue the conversation through your case!
