Rise 360 not creating a .zip file when exporting

Hello! I am having the same issue on my side, and I'm not using Microsoft. I'm on a MAC. WHat can I do?

    Hi Catalina,

    It sounds like your Mac computer is set up to automatically unzip ZIP file types as soon as they are downloaded. 

    Google How do I stop my Mac from unzipping downloads?

    Once you have turned that setting off, publish your course to get an intact ZIP file.
