Rise 360 stopped opening in a new tab

Recently Rise 360 stopped opening lessons in a new tab when you ctrl + click "Edit Content" button. Right click + "Open link in new tab" doesn't open it, either, but it instead opens an error page. ...

Thanks for reaching out!

In Chrome Version 134.0.6998.166, I tested this by selecting Ctrl + Edit Content and right-clicking Edit Content. Using both methods, my Rise 360 course opened in a new tab. Here's a brief demo to show you what i did.

A few things you may want to check:

  • Your Articulate 360 software is up-to-date
  • Your browsers are up-to-date
  • If this happens with a specific course or multiple courses
  • Try opening a new tab using incognito mode
