Rise 360

my question is around the use of ready-made templates and real courses in Rise 360. If I select to use ready-made real courses or templates, tweak to make it relevant to my audience, then upload to my LMS for our end users is this the proper use case? Is there a limit to how many pre-made courses or templates that can be used?

  • Hi, DonnaOliver-21d. What you describe is a typical use case for the Rise 360 Real Content courses.

The Terms of Service don't put a limit on how many of the pre-made courses or templates you can use.

The main prohibition in the TOS is that you have to use Articulate Content within Articulate-published "End Products."

Thus (as I understand it), publishing a Real Content course with Rise doesn't violate the TOS. Copying the content into other, non-Articulate software (e.g., PowerPoint), and publishing from that would violate the TOS.
