Rise 360

Hi There

 

So I have providers that assist me in creating eLearning content. Currently I have one provider that created content in Rise 360 and after it has been signed off I need to receive the source/editable file. For example, if it was done in storyline then I would get the actual storyline file. How do we do this for Rise 360? How do they send me the content that allows me to edit and update when needed?

    Hi Kim,

    If you have a current Articulate 360 account, then your provider can email you a copy of the course using the email address associated with your Articulate 360 account.

    This action will provide you with an editable version of the Rise course.
