Hi Niescha, there isn't any way to create essay type forms in Rise at the moment, but we're tracking requests for this feature and I've added you to our list. In the meantime, I suggest using a third-party tool (like Google Forms or JotForm) to create your questions, and add this as a Multimedia > Embed block in Rise. I hope this helps!
