Rise and Tables
I have exited and reopened my Rise Dashboard and my editor is still not working to edit my tables.

Sorry to hear that you are unable to edit the tables in your Rise course.
Can you try clearing your browsing data and then try editing the tables again? Here's how to do it for your browser:
Can you also try using another web browser, and see if you can edit the tables here? You can view the article below to see the list of supported browsers when authoring Rise 360 content:
