Hi can you get a content expert to add audio into your rise course directly if they don't have a 360 licence, without having to record outside of rise and insert an audio file separately?

Yes, your teammate could start an Articulate 360 trial. I also see that you have an Articulate 360 Teams subscription, so you could add your teammate to your subscription if you have an empty seat available.
