Can you please provide an update on when the drag and drop feature in Rise can be used on mobile devices. I can see that the issue has been running for over a year now, and yet the feature is still available. Rise is promoted as being mobile friendly.
Hi Fluro, can you please let us know if this is occurring on an iOS device for you and which iOS version?
The users only experience this issue on iOS if they don't wait for the card to drop before moving to the next card.
