Rise Block Edit & Block Options are invisible

Hi Emily! Are you still encountering the issue? I am using Chrome but it shows up for me. Can you try to go into Incognito mode (Ctrl-Shift-N) for Windows and see if it shows up?

Hi Hazel,
Yes, I am still having the issue. Using the Chrome browser on my Mac is
what is having the issues. If I go to Rise on Safari, it works fine.
Additionally, I have Parallels Desktop on my Mac which is a program that
allows me to run Windows and on the Windows side, if I use Chrome, it does
not have an issue. So it is specifically a Chrome browser issue on my Mac.
I checked and I have the latest version of Chrome downloaded. I'm not sure
what to try next.

It is mostly just a nuisance since Chrome is my main browser so to switch
to Safari to work on my Rise presentations everyday is just a little bit of
a hassle. Let me know if you have any ideas!
