Rise block templates not showing previews

My team would like to use block templates more to share favorite blocks with one another. However, it has recently stopped showing any sort of preview image when you go to insert already created temp...

    Hi SaraVancil and KamiMadsen! Thank you for letting us know about this issue. Our team has fixed this issue in Rise 360, and you should be seeing the previews of the block templates! Please let me know if you run into any trouble!

We just created a block template on 1.3.2025 and it is still grayed out on the preview. I don't see any update to install on it, so not sure it's fixed on my end. Any ideas?

Sorry to hear Block Template previews are still absent from your Rise course!

Since Rise 360 is a web-based application, there's nothing to install. New features and fixes are immediately available! Please try clearing your browser's cache, and then signing back into 360.articulate.com.

However, if the issue remains, please connect with our team through a support case. They'd be happy to continue troubleshooting with you!
