RISE: Button Stack - email not working

Hi suzannemmeyer using the "Send an email" (mailto) function will tell the browser to attempt to open the users default mail client. My default email client is Microsoft Outlook. Therefore, if I click the button with the "Send an email" function, Microsoft Outlook opens, with the email I defined in the "to" field.
It may be that you do not have a default email client defined, or it is defined as a web based email program, for example Google? You can check this information on your system. For example in Windows, you can check your default apps, and then enter "mailto" in the search bar under "Apps > Default apps" and it will tell you which application handles the "mailto" function.
Note that the behaviour will vary between users.
