RISE: Cannot embed video from Media Platform

I have an issue with embedding video from our corporate video repository, Media Platform. It does not let you play it inline, it only lets you click to open a new window. I have a quick screencast...

Is there a way of embedding a video from Kaltura with its transcript player into Rise?

    Hi Rania, is the transcript player part of the embed code that Kaltura provides? If so, you can try using the embed block. 

    You can refer to this article to fix any issues you may have with the embed block.
