Don't know if this has been covered in your Beta design, but from a reporting point of view, it'd be great to ensure an LMS can identify the number of people who opted to do the test out and what percentage of them passed the test out. These metrics provide incredibly compelling productivity data that senior management love seeing. Extending this notion, the same data (i.e. knowing which questions they got right/wrong) can also provide critical insights into knowledge/skills gaps that can then lead to targeted follow-up interventions, particularly useful in the risk/compliance training space.
