Rise course blocked as pop-up in Mozilla

Hi all,   I was wondering if anyone experienced the issue of Rise courses being blocked as pop-up in Mozilla only? Other courses created in i.e. Storyline work just fine, so do the Rise courses ...

Hi Veronika, if Rise works on a private browser window, here's a couple of things you can try:

  • Disable all browser add-ons/extensions you may be using
  • Clear your browser cache. Here's how to do this for Mozilla Firefox.
