Rise course not launching in iOS mobile browser

Hello. Was wondering if anyone can help. The Rise SCORM courses I publish in SCORM 1.2 onto our LMS are not opening on iPhones or iPads. Is this a software publishing issue or an LMS SCORM reader is...

Hi, I just published a scorm 1.2 course through rise.com and my apple mobile users cant access the course either.
