Rise course not resuming progress after leaving a course
I have a Rise course published for LMS on Skillbuilder LMS, but it is not allowing learners to resume their progress after leaving a course. Some blocks in the course are storyline blocks with text ...

No one answered me on here so I sent a message to support, this is what they told me in a couple of messages:
Please note that Storyline courses in Rise 360 always start over from the beginning when learners revisit them. You can see this behavior mentioned here: https://articulate.com/support/article/Rise-Use-Storyline-Blocks-to-Embed-Storyline-360-Courses#resume We welcome your ideas, and you can submit your feedback and suggestion if you want changes to our features: https://articulate.com/fr
Your Storyline progress will not be saved when exiting the course or moving to another lesson, so make sure learners complete the Storyline block before moving forward. To ensure that, you can add a continue button requiring learners to complete the Storyline block to proceed. Here's how: https://www.articulate.com/support/article/Rise-How-to-Require-Learners-to-Complete-a-Storyline-Block The only limitation is with the resume feature. Learners can still use all the features you've added to your course, like saving or printing PDFs.
