Rise course not shared and how to access
Thanks for your response. The profile in question has already been removed from Rise. I'm one of the admins and it seems courses cannot be reassigned once the person's profile has been removed.
Unless someone knows a way to do this?

Hi Brett,
How long ago did this person leave your organization? Is it less than 6 months? If it was the last six months, Tech Support may be able to help you.
When their Rise seat was removed, do you know which one of the three options below was selected?
Based on the info in the link below, it seems "Nothing" was selected.
What happens if you choose "nothing"?
3. The user’s Rise 360 courses and Review 360 projects remain on our servers for at least six months. During that time, shareable links for the projects continue to work, so your team can still view them.
