Rise Courses Not Opening
Hi: No notice sent yet - is there an issue with Rise courses opening. The Home Screen is there with all the courses, but a blank screen when trying to launch/edit.

Hi Cemone, thanks for submitting a support case! It looks like you are working with our customer support engineer, Christopher. You're in good hands!

Working now.
Hi Brenda! We didn't notice an issue on our side. I'm glad it's working for you now!

I'm having the same issue. After I launch Rise and click on any Rise course to open, nothing appears in the web browser. Turned on and off computer, using Chrome, logged in and out of articulate 360, status check on 360 is good, any suggestions?
Hi Nina!
I'm sorry to hear you're getting stuck in Rise 360! We want to get you back up and running as soon as possible. I've opened a case for you so you can work one-on-one with a Support Engineer. You'll receive an email from the team soon!

After I launch Rise and click on any Rise course to open, nothing appears in the web browser. The Home Screen is there with all the courses, but it just spins and says... hang tight. At first I was the only one on my team to have this issue and now there are 5 other developers on my team having the same issue.
Hi Joanne! Thanks so much for reaching out to us about this! Rise 360 is operating normally right now, so I wouldn't expect that so many people on your team would see this problem.
What web browser is your team using? Do you all notice an improvement if you switch to another web browser?

We were using Chrome when the issue occurred. However, when we switch to Edge the editing/navigation buttons disappear -- which makes development/editing like working online in braille.... you mouse around until something changes the cursor and hope that you're clicking on what you remember being there when you could see it.
Hi Joanne!
Thanks for letting us know what browser you were using. Could you please try the following troubleshooting steps?
- Make sure your browsers are fully updated.
- Clear your browser's cache.
- Try accessing Rise in a Google Chrome incognito window.
If you are still experiencing the problem, please reach out to our engineers here. We will dive deeper into this!

Following this thread.
Several teammates and I have experienced the same issue. Updated browsers, cleared caches, restarted computer, went incognito, attempted in both Chrome and IE - some either function as expected or they see a blank screen in Chrome. In IE nobody cannot edit blocks.
I have submitted a ticket, but want to see if the community finds an answer as well.
Hi Angie!
Thanks for opening a case about this. My teammate, Christopher, reached out to you with some follow-up questions. Please let us know if you need any clarification on what he sent you!
