Rise dashboard filled with old shared courses

I want to do some house cleaning. :)

My Rise dashboard is filled with courses shared with me (as Course Manager) from previous projects. I am not the owner of these courses. Can I/should I just remove myself from the collaborators list? I assume that won't affect the course for anyone else, correct?
