Greetings, Angie! Are you still having trouble with loading your Rise 360 course into Dual Code?

Your screenshot looks good to me; so I don't think you chose an incorrect setting when exporting. Here are a couple of quick tips:

  • Export a new instance of your course and attempt to upload the zipped SCORM package into your LMS.
  • If a new version doesn't work, after exporting your course, unzip and rezip the package contents. Try uploading again. Here's a quick video of how to do that.
