Rise export not working

Hi, I've spent the morning trying to export a course in Rise which is urgently needed for a client. It gets stuck at "Exporting Course...We'll email you when it's ready" and it just does not export. Nothing appears in file manager. I have shutdown, restarted, copied the course to a new one, copied the lessons to a new course and my colleague has also tried but nothing is working. I have seen other comments and can only assume it is an Articulate fault. Could you advise when fixed. Many thanks. 

  • Hi Sarah! Thanks for bringing this up! We noticed the same problem, and it should be resolved now. Please try exporting your course again, and let me know how it goes! 

  • same issues here, exported the first course quickly, next course nothing...trying to catch up on a Saturday, now I'm stuck. I'll shut down and see what happens...
