Rise Font Size

It seems in Rise default font size of text block is 17 px. But, default font size of interactive blocks, such as Accordion and Tabs is 16 px. Is there any reason for this difference? I know we...
While blocks allow me to set font sizes for different elements (paragraphs, lists, etc.) it would be much more useful to be able to set these globally within a course.

Assuming you had this ability, if you decided to change the text size for the entire course, what would you expect to happen to text where you had previously manually changed the size for a word or two in a block for emphasis?
