Rise has stopped processing audio

Sorry to hear you’re running into trouble again with audio uploads! I just tested uploading a local audio file in an Audio Block, and it worked fine. To help us dig in further, could you share:
- Which block type you’re using when the audio stays in “processing” (Audio Block, Process Block, Custom Block, etc.)
- Whether the issue happens with all audio files, or only specific ones (MP3, WAV, size-large, etc.)
- The file format and size of the audio file(s) you uploaded
If clearing your browser cache doesn’t resolve the issue, please share a sample audio file that fails to upload so we can test it directly. Once we have these details, we’ll take a closer look to identify what’s causing the issue.

Custom block, it's an mp3, and 7,600kb. I used the same block, with a similar mp3 (7,212kb) yesterday and it uploaded fine. I also tried uploading to just an audio block, and it didn't work - and I tried both the new file, and the one that uploaded fine yesterday.

And now my saved blocks (standard, not custom) aren't inserting either. Okie dok... opening a case.

Hey EricSantos, the issue I am having is with inserting AI generated audio files (Text to Voice). I picked a voice, entered text and generated the audio. But after clicking Insert, the feature got stuck in processing. Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for the details and for confirming this happens with AI-generated audio!
I just tested AI text-to-speech using the voice Mark in an Audio Block, and the audio generated and inserted without any issues on my end.
To help us narrow this down, could you share which voice you’re selecting and which block type you’re using when the audio gets stuck on “Processing”? Also, please let us know:
- The browser and version you’re using
- Whether the issue happens in all courses or just one
- A short sample text that fails to generate
Once we have those details, we’ll run some targeted tests to identify what’s causing the behavior. If you’d prefer direct troubleshooting, you can also reach out through a support case.
