Rise has stopped processing audio

Hello everyone,
I have good news to share! We monitored our systems overnight, and they’ve remained stable. This issue is resolved. Thanks so much for your patience.

Hello, I'm experiencing this issue right now - it uploads but gets stuck in "Processing Audio.." then never finishes processing. I've cleared the cache and tried in both Microsoft Edge & Google Chrome. The audio files are also relatively small at 500-700KB.

Sorry to hear that you were having trouble uploading audio to Rise 360.
