Rise "Horizon" Theme - Bolding fonts not working

Good morning community. Here with an issue I found. I am developing a course in Rise using the "Horizon" theme.  The issue I have is that bolding text option is not working.  All other options...

Sometimes the Rise text editor stops working. This may be the cause of the bold problem.

If you refresh the Rise page, it will reload the text editor.

Thanks Karl and all for your replies.

I've checked and the bold font is there, try several times but it does not works in that specific theme.

I've decided to use another theme as I don't have the time to dig further on how to solve a very simple issue.
