RISE Image block not fully accessible

I did a quick test using the latest version of JAWS, and it was able to read the caption on an image block even without the presence of Alt Text.
Would you mind sharing how you're navigating to the image block so I can try to recreate the behavior? For your reference, I used the up and down arrow keys to move to the image block in my test course.

I have the latest version of RISE, and JAWS 2024 (straight out of the box - no customization). I'm using the UP and DOWN arrows to navigate.
When I test your course, it works. JAWS stops at the image and reads the caption.
When I test the same image/block in my course (in preview, on Review 360, and published on LMS) the image block is skipped over.

It sounds like something might be wrong with your course or image block, in particular. Please open a case with our support team here to connect with a support engineer so we can request a copy of your course for testing. We'll delete it when we're done!

This is not just in this particular course. It's occurring in all the courses I'm reviewing within our team.

I'd still recommend opening a support case and sharing any affected courses so we can test why JAWS detected the image caption in my course but not in yours. You can also make a quick Peek 360 recording of how you're adding your image blocks and testing them using JAWS so we can replicate the steps for more accurate testing.
