Rise: insertion of images in-line with text
Previous versions of Rise allowed this capability, but there seems no way to do it any longer.
Quite often, in instructional learning it is convenient to insert a small image in-line within a paragraph block as follows
Is there anyway around it, or can it be a future feature in Rise 360?

Agree with this too. We are trying to use Rise to create simplified software training which requires inline screenshots. Even if we had the ability to do Image with text with the option of putting the graphic on the right would be helpful. Image with text with the only option of putting the image on the left is really limiting.

@Beth, Image with text does support graphic on the left, you just need to edit the object, and under Settings, change the Image position setting from right to left.
Doesn't make the requirement for inline images less valid at all, but hopefully that can get you a better workaround in the short term.

I believe Rise could make this work if they could alter the Quote block options to allow deletion of the " " marks and removal of "author name" (optional). This block allows the insertion of an avatar, but it can be any image. Any updates on this? We need the iconography in-line with text as well.

Hi Holly,
You can try this for Quote Blocks to get rid of the quotation marks:
Delete all the text from the Quote area and leave it blank.
Add your text to the Name area. Format the text just like any other text paragraph.
Note: Quote A and C will force a "-" at the start of the text.
Change the avatar to another image.

Same issue. Very hard to give instructions about clicking a button when the button has no name, just a picture and we can't insert the button's picture in the text. Next option is to describe the button's image which, as anyone can imagine, is ridiculous :) click the button beside the name box which has the image of a half-filled circle :)

Just adding my vote to having this feature added (back) as well. Really helps with technical/instructional text involving software, buttons, or computer icons.

Interesting that Staff are no longer responding to the concerns of users in this thread> Not great customer service

I also do instructional, and the text not alining with the images is an issue. In some cases there is a small amount of text between images, and the text gets lost. We would really benefit with the ability to allow images to align left with the text.

Is there an update on the status of this request?

The same problem still persists. I am unable to add an image in line with my text. I would request to have this problem resolved. I am using an emoji right now but the color is different.
