Everyone on our team is experiencing this error message (attached), and we can't do any authoring in Rise. We've refreshed, rebooted, but we can't open any Rise files. interestingly, Articulate status says that Rise is "Operational," though none of us can use it right now. Issues with Rise or Storyline are happening with increased regularity. Any insights?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. We didn't see other users report being unable to access Rise 360 around the time you encountered this behavior so the incident may have been isolated.
