Rise Menu Resets in LMS Review Mode

We are having the same issue. This is what we're experiencing:

  1. The course is published in Rise and hosted on our LMS (proprietary).
  2. Users complete the course fine, the menu checkmarks as they progress, and it reports fine.
  3. After successfully completing the course, if they just to another course, then back to this one, the course completely resets from "registrationCompletion": "COMPLETED",
    "registrationSuccess": "PASSED", to "registrationCompletion": "INCOMPLETE", "registrationSuccess": "UNKNOWN". This means the side menu also resets. 

Our engineers have talked to Rustici, and it has to do with the EXIT_SUSPEND_IF_COMPLETED flag that is part of the Rise package. Since Rise does not give the author the ability to change that value, is there a solution for this? We can't be the only ones in need of this.

Lastly, we noticed that Rustici is not sending the postbacks for the registration rollup status. This is specifically a problem with the server-to-server communication between Rustici and our API. The postbacks work for Domiknow courses (another authoring tool), so I know the E2E configuration is correct.
