Rise not completing & progress not recorded for 5% of learners
The course has been launched for 6 months now and through one call from a learner and then doing an audit of completions and logs, plus talking to users, I've found some sessions are not being recor...
Hi SibaPrasad. Do you notice that the Rise 360 course sends the correct bookmarking and course completion data if the VPN is turned off?
Well, that can only be happening in office network and yes in office and Citrix this features working fine. But when enabled with in Home office vpn the course works fine but bookmark and course completion do not works.
