Rise not loading
I’m having trouble accessing my Rise content. When I try to edit a course, the screen keeps saying "Your content is loading," but it never progresses. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
It looks like a block or media file in your Rise 360 course is preventing it from loading properly. One troubleshooting step is to import your content into a new Rise 360 course to see if this fixes the issue. If the issue persists, please open a case with our support team here so a support engineer can request a copy of your course so we can correct the problem.
