Are you using Rise or Storyline to author your courses? Both issues discussed here are specific to Rise and Success Factors. If you've run into something with Storyline, let's get a bit more information into the hands of our Support team!
we have some designers itching to use RISE and we are not using it because of these issues. therefore, we are waiting for the resolutions. For now, we are continuing in storyline. i reached out to determine if there was a resolution yet.
