What is the best way to enlarge an image without losing clarity?

Hi Dustin,
It really depends on the image file type.
If all you have is a small JPG or PNG, there really isn't a good way to scale those up without losing quality.
If you have an Adobe Illustrator source file, you can save it as large as you want.
