Rise Quick Share

I have used Articulate since 2008, and the past year has brought many useful features that help us maximize the Articulate Toolset. One of the latest features, Quick Share, has transformed Articulate from a training tool into a marketing tool. How? We sell a very consultative strategy. So, we send out a quick piece in Articulate (often a Storyline embedded inside a Risk Course) to a prospect before our meeting. The guest book feature allows us to see if the prospect reviewed the file. Another great use case: we had a client who needed to train volunteers; we simply put a QR code on a sign-in sheet and tracked it via Quick Share.  All Great but in thefirst case we want to give access to the engagement stats to our sales team

Here is my ask.  Because we have multiple salespeople sending out content, our training department has to constantly go in and tell the salespeople who viewed it.  I know the Quick Share is not an LMS, but the application of the Quick Share feature is so widespread that I am trying to figure out how to automate the report so we can show engagement in real time to our sales team. Any ideas?
