Rise quiz freezing on iOS 14

Hi all,

I'm experience issues with a Rise quiz on Safari iOS14 where the quiz will randomly freeze or becoming very slow when you try and click submit button.

It's for a SCORM 2004 quiz, edition 4 and is very simple made of 15 questions and no videos or images.

Anyone experienced this or have any work arounds?

    Hi Rich! That certainly sounds odd. Is this course hosted on a learning management system (LMS)? 

    If so, try opening the course's Share link from the same mobile browser on your iOS 14 device. Does the same problem happen when you view it that way?

    Hi Alyssa,

    The quiz is hosted within Moodle and we get the same problem using the Share Link. It does seem to be a rise issue as other learning object are working correct.

    I have also tried uploading the quiz to SCORM Cloud and we still get the same issue.

    A not ideal solution seems to be shortening the text of answers/questions, this makes the quiz work.

    Our LMS team was wondering if this is a bug when the quiz opens in a pop out window?

      To help determine what may be causing trouble, could you please share the course with us by opening a case? We'd like to take a look and test this on our end as well.
