Rise Quiz Results (with correct/incorrect) in Workday
I set up a Rise course that is tracking by quiz result (one quiz is in Rise) and I am looking to try and pull results by question and drill it down further.
Does anyone know how to do this or what report I'd need to run in Workday?

I've heard of other users who have been wanting this type of reporting in Workday! From my research, it doesn't seem like Workday has a reporting option to display results by question. We do send student responses to an LMS, so it is up to the LMS to display the data.
I would recommend following up with Workday on the progress of this request.

Sure thing Tracy, my organization gave me access to the "Packaged Content and Survey Question and Answer Report" which pulled all the data for me.
