Rise Quiz setting help needed: mark as complete even if failed quiz

I thought before I could do this, but now it doesn't seem to be working or maybe I don't have the right settings. 

I have a quiz that we want learners to attempt to get 80% but if not successful the quiz still marks as completed on the LMS and moves to their Completed transcript.

• They are given 1 retry
• If both attempts are below 80% I want it to move to Completed, I don't want it sitting on their LMS home page as Failed or In progress
• I want it to move to Completed and record the 2 scores they received so we can run a report 

I have tried all 4 Reporting options of Complete/Failed, Passed/Incomplete, etc. But it doesn't move the quiz to Complete if I have failed both attempts. For the Knowledge settings, I have turned off "Requires Passing Score to Continue" because that is what I had in the past when I tried something similar, but now I am wondering if I should have it turned on? I am going to test that next, but hoping someone here has done this and has a suggestion.

At this point, any suggestions on how to achieve this would be appreciated, even if the answer is I can't do this.
